Client organisation with headquarter in WA, operation support in SA and acquired a new business in VIC. Engaged by the organisation for a data migration project to provide consultation on data quality, data mapping & cleansing, and data migration UAT support to bring in the Care Recipient data into the Production system. Worked with legacy system subject matter experts and coordinated with the client organisation’s business units and IT infrastructure teams to ensure all aspects of the timing of the data migration meets planning expectations. Data migration was completed on time, met all project planning objectives, and the post-implementation review showed data quality matched the UAT outcome.
