I am a seasoned IT solution consulting professional with 10 years of experience in the aged care industry and 20-plus years of IT experience in general. It is my passion to help professionally or personally. In every part of my life, I always look for ways to share my experiences and my learnings with others. Through the growth and success of others, helps me to grow and mature as a person. The connection and comradery I had formed with, whether they are the front-line staff, the back-office finance team or the management team are what made it all so incredible.
It is my drive and aims to provide my insights and take part in your quest for increased operational efficiencies and promoting organic growth.
As a facilitating-minded and multidisciplinary software implementation professional, I am driven to make a positive impact through my ability to understand and willingness to help. I take pride in my broad business awareness and depth of learning in business processes and operation. Thriving with the opportunity to manage and implement IT solutions end to end. Continuous improvement is part of my DNA to always sense and develop ways to create and refine.
I specialised in optimising Aged Care operations and consulting best practices by utilising software solutions to enhance efficiency in Workforce planning, Payroll & Finance, Management Reporting, and System Integration.
My most recent projects are below,
Aged Care funding implementation: Implemented Home Care Package for an aged care organisation that removes layers of manual handling procedures prone to human error. Designed and embedded new processes enabling management to monitor and control the operation budget.
Data migration: Delivered a legacy system data migration project, cleansed core data was ingested into the Production environment while meeting all project management expectations. Migration was completed with no delays in production system downtime and minimal manual handling activities post Go-Live.
Prioritisation workshop facilitation: Facilitated a series of internal workshops for executive stakeholders to ascertain the impacts and priorities of operation-impacting action items. Symptoms, causes, and actions were defined. Subsequently, priorities and impact are documented and agreed upon.
Continuous improvement: Completed a post-implementation review on a 5-year-old care system implementation with a continuous improvement recommendation report. Followed by the completion of the first phase of the improvement project to update rostering configuration and embed a new set of scheduling processes.
Finance Integration: Completed an integration project as an add-on Finance integration module in the care providing instant two-way communication with the Xero finance system.
Payroll Project: Completed a comprehensive functional requirement review of the latest Employee Bargaining Agreement revision. Produced a software specification document containing complex award interpretation updates.
