Conducted an extensive post-implementation review for the organisation and produced a recommendation list of improvements. Facilitated a series of workshops and internal working group discussions, and produced a prioritised action plan. Subsequently signed off by the executives and kicked off the first several phases of work, continuous improvement work is still on-going.
